The Door empowers young people to reach their potential by providing comprehensive youth development Each year, The Door serves thousands of young people from all over New York City with a wide range of services including reproductive & primary health care, peer education, mental health counseling, crisis intervention, legal assistance, academic and college preparation services, career development, job training and placement, supportive housing, nutritious meals, artistic, recreational & athletic activities, and leadership development - all for free, completely confidentially, and under one roof.
