Seattle's traditional Japanese kendo and seitei iaido dojo Seattle Kendo Kai (SKK) was founded in the 1920s, with its first permanent dojo established around 1924. It is the oldest dojo in the Pacific Northwest and the only one to have continued after the second world war. Instruction is lead by head instructor Doug Imanishi sensei. Update description
