IIE’s mission is to advance international education and access to education worldwide. IIE implements more than 200 international exchange programs benefiting over 30,000 men and women from 185 countries. Foremost is the world-renowned Fulbright Program, which IIE has administered on behalf of the U.S. Department of State since the program’s inception in 1946. Support and safe haven to scholars threatened as a result of their academic work. Assistance to students and scholars who face emergency situations, such as natural disasters. • LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT /GLOBALTALENT SEARCH.
